Personal information is any information about you. It may range from the sensitive to the everyday (eg telephone number).

Personal information will be collected from you directly when you fill out and submit our membership application form.

How your personal information may be used

Your personal and sensitive information may be used in connection with:

• membership mailing

• provision of a list of attendees to a particular function to a committee member

• use as a phone list for contacting members

Your personal information may be disclosed to …

• other members

• our insurers

• a professional association or registration body that has a proper interest in the disclosure of your personal information

• Maranello Imports Pty Ltd - Maserati Australia for the purpose of a mailing list to forward "il Tridente" magazine to you every 3 months

• for use for any purpose other than purposes connected with the Club

Accessing your information and having wrong information corrected
