Quattroporte Series II

Released in 1975, the Quattroporte II was designed to provide economical GT style transport in the Quattroporte tradition.  Utilising the 3.0 litre V6 of the Merak, the car had a number of surprising features:  Front wheel drive, hydro-pneumatic suspension, automatic regulation of ground clearance and power assisted controls.  With little performance, potential production was stopped after only 5 vehicles.
