Angelo Frangiosa invited us to a Big Boys racing day! Needless to say, the competition was as fierce as anything the F1 World Championship can produce!
This track was more sophisticated than you might think. Each car was computer-timed, checking lap times and number of laps, so no matter how hard we yelled encouragement and told tales, our true speed was measured. There was a point in the day when we had to fight the children to get a car, but we used the time while they had control to have an amazing lunch that was provided by Sandra Frangiosa - truly a sumptuous spread.
We decided not to declare a winner on the day, as the stewards could not agree!
